Arcads is for teams that want many AI actors reading ad scripts, in many languages, for any kind of product. distrorig is for software teams whose ad must show the product working: an AI agent uses your product and records it, and an AI creator introduces it. If the product is the proof, pick distrorig.

When is Arcads the better choice?
- You need many faces. A library of over 1,000 actors lets you test hooks across ages, styles and settings quickly.
- You sell in many languages. Arcads lists translation into 30+ languages. distrorig does not translate.
- Your product is physical. Arcads actors can hold your product or wear your clothes. distrorig is built around software.
- Your app is native only. distrorig's agent cannot open an app with no web version. An ad led by an AI actor does not need one.
- You want an API to make ads in bulk from your own systems. distrorig has no API.
When does distrorig fit better?
- The ad has to show the product working. A viewer believes a claim when they see the click and the result. The agent records that in your real product.
- You do not have screen recordings to give. You give a URL and a login. The agent does the steps and records them at 2x pixel density, so text stays sharp when the camera zooms.
- The product changes often. Ask the agent to record one step again. The creator shots, voice and captions are kept.
- You want one place from brief to post. Plan in the chat, approve the creator still, export and post to TikTok or YouTube.
What does a software ad look like in each?
The same 20 second ad for a task app:
| Time | Arcads | distrorig |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 3 s | An actor says the hook to camera | An AI creator says the hook, shot on Phone |
| 3 to 15 s | Your app's screens beside the actor | The agent's recording: tasks typed, owners and dates set, the creator as a circle in the corner |
| 15 to 20 s | Actor gives the call to action | Creator gives the call to action over the sign-up page |
Both make the hook well. The middle part is where they differ: in distrorig the agent makes that footage from your live product.
How do I move a campaign over from Arcads?
- Keep your winning hooks. Write down the first lines that worked. They become the first shot's script.
- Optional: reuse clips. Download Arcads clips and upload them to the distrorig Library to use as shots.
- List what the ad promises, then write each promise as a step for the agent, like "create a task and assign it to Sam".
- Give distrorig a demo account with sample data. The login is encrypted at rest.
- Pick a creator in the chat. A person who appears in several shots is made once as an avatar.
- Make 3 versions with different hooks and the same recording. Only the changed shot is made again.
