What to include in your email
- The email address you sign in with. We find your account by it.
- What happened and when. The date, and the page or project where you saw it.
- The project's link, if your question is about a video.
- What you want us to do. For example, refund a charge, delete the account or correct your name.
- Screenshots, if you saw an error.
Do not send passwords, product logins or card numbers. We never need them.
Things you can do yourself
- Cancel or change your plan: Billing in your account settings. The plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- Delete a video or a file: select it in your Library and delete it. Its files are removed.
- Disconnect TikTok or YouTube: Connections in your account settings.
Deleting your account
Send the request from the email address you sign in with. That is how we know it is you. Cancel your plan first, so you are not charged again.
