These terms are the agreement between you and Rivvs LLC, which operates distrorig. By creating an account or using distrorig, you agree to them. If you use distrorig for a company or other organization, you agree for it, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Who we are
distrorig is operated by Rivvs LLC, a company based in Albany, New York, USA. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Rivvs LLC. "You" means the person or organization using distrorig.
What distrorig does
distrorig makes marketing videos for software products. An AI agent uses your product in a browser and records it. AI models make generated shots, voiceovers, captions and music. distrorig exports the video, and it can post the video to social accounts you connect.
We may change, add or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use distrorig.
- You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure.
- You are responsible for everything done in your account.
- Give us true information, and keep it up to date.
- Tell us at legal@distrorig.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Your content
You own what you upload and the videos made for you, as far as the law allows. This includes prompts, scripts, photos, footage, audio and recordings of your product.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and send your content only as needed to run distrorig for you. For example, we send prompts and reference pictures to AI model providers. We upload a video to YouTube or TikTok when you ask. We do not use your content to advertise distrorig without your permission.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or reference. This includes any people, voices, logos, music and products that appear in it.
AI output
distrorig uses AI models. Their output can be wrong, odd or different from what you asked for. It may look like other content, because AI models can produce similar results for different people.
- Watch every video before you post or use it.
- Check every claim the video makes about your product. You are responsible for what your videos say.
- We do not promise any result from a video, such as views, sign ups or sales.
- Some AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country. We cannot promise that you can stop others from using similar output.
The AI agent and your product
When you give us your product's address and a login, the AI agent opens your product, signs in and does the steps your project describes. It records what it sees.
- You confirm that you are allowed to let an automated agent use the product and the account you give us.
- Use a test or demo account with sample data where you can. Do not give access to real customer data that should not appear in a video.
- Do not give the agent an account that can do things you would not want done by mistake, such as payments, deletes or messages to real people.
- You are responsible for what the agent does in your product when it follows your instructions or the plan you approved.
- Only point the agent at products you own or have permission to use this way.
We store product logins encrypted and use them only to sign in for your recordings.
People, faces and voices
You may make avatars from photos and use reference photos. You need the consent of every real person whose face, likeness or voice you use. Our AI content policy explains what this means and what you must disclose when you post.
Rules for using distrorig
You must follow our acceptable use policy and our AI content policy. They are part of these terms.
Connected platforms
Posting to YouTube uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to the data YouTube holds.
Posting to TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok's other rules.
You are responsible for what is posted to your accounts and for following each platform's rules. Those platforms are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their decisions, such as removing a video.
Plans and payment
- Without a plan you can sign in and look around. Nothing that costs us money runs: no chat, no generation and no recording.
- Pro monthly costs $49.99 a month. Pro yearly costs $479.88 a year, paid upfront.
- Plans are billed in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance. It restarts each month on your plan's start day. When it is used up, generation pauses until it restarts.
- Every workspace has 1 GB of storage.
- You can cancel any time in Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. Our refund policy has the details.
- You pay any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Changes to prices and the allowance
We may change plan prices or the monthly allowance. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan. The new price starts at your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it starts.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using distrorig at any time. To delete your account and its content, email legal@distrorig.com from the account's address.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts others or distrorig at risk, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
When an account closes, we delete its content as our privacy policy describes. Download anything you want to keep before then. Sections that by their nature should continue will continue, such as ownership, indemnity, disclaimers and limits of liability.
Indemnity
You will defend and pay for claims against Rivvs LLC that come from your content, your videos, your use of distrorig against these terms, or your instructions to the AI agent. This includes reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about such a claim promptly and let you control its defense.
Disclaimer
distrorig is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that distrorig will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data and harm to reputation.
- Our total liability for all claims about distrorig is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. In those places, the limits apply as far as the law allows.
Governing law and courts
The laws of the State of New York, USA, govern these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state and federal courts located in Albany County, New York. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using distrorig after a change takes effect, you accept it.
Other terms
- These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about distrorig.
- If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
