Who it's for

Marketing videos for AI startups

Updated October 16, 2026

distrorig makes launch videos and UGC style ads for AI products from a real recording of the product working. The AI agent types the prompt, waits for your product's answer and records it. An AI creator can set it up on camera, and an AI voice narrates.

Why video is hard for AI startups

Viewers have seen many AI demos that were staged. They believe a real input and a real output on a real screen. A mockup or an animation of "AI magic" does not convince them.

AI products also change fast. A demo recorded last month shows an old interface and old results. Recording by hand each time costs hours that a small team does not have.

Which formats suit an AI startup

An example: a 30 second ad for a meeting notes app

This is the kind of plan the distrorig assistant writes with you. The product turns a meeting recording into notes and tasks. The video is 9:16.

TimeOn screenSaid
0 to 3 sCreator at a desk, webcam style, "Shot on: Webcam""I haven't written meeting notes in 2 months."
3 to 9 sRecording: the agent opens a 40 minute call and clicks Make notes; the wait is sped up"I give it the call recording."
9 to 17 sRecording: the notes appear; the camera zooms on the decisions list"It writes the decisions, who said what, and what's due."
17 to 24 sRecording: the agent clicks Send tasks; 3 tasks appear in the team's list"One click, and the tasks go to the right people."
24 to 30 sCreator as a cut-out over the sign-up page"Try it on your next call. Link below."

The notes on screen are what your product really wrote from the demo call. If the output is weak, record the shot again until it is a fair example.

How it handles AI products

  • Real output. The agent waits for your product's answer and records it, so the result on screen is true.
  • Waiting is cut. The assistant speeds up slow parts, so a 20 second wait plays in 2 seconds.
  • Fast changes. When the product changes, record only the shots that show it again.
  • Takes. Every generated shot is kept as a take, so you can compare and go back.

When it is not the right tool

  • If your product has no web interface, such as an API only, the agent has nothing to open. Upload your own recording of a client using it.
  • Do not use an AI creator to pose as a real customer or claim results you have not seen. Our AI content policy explains what to disclose.
  • If you need a long technical walkthrough, record it yourself. distrorig makes marketing videos of 15 to 90 seconds.

What it costs

Making videos needs a Pro plan: $49.99 a month, or $479.88 a year. See pricing.

Questions

Our AI is slow to respond. Will the video drag?
No. The assistant can speed up the slow parts of a recording, such as waiting for an answer. The rest plays at normal speed.
What if the AI gives a weak answer during the recording?
The recording shows what your product returned that time. If the result is weak, record that shot again. The rest of the video stays as it is.
Our product changes every week. Is that a problem?
Record the changed shots again. The script, voice, creator and other shots are kept, so only that part is made again.
Can I use an AI creator in an ad for an AI product?
Yes, but label it. TikTok and Meta ask you to label realistic AI-generated people. See our AI content policy.
